One important Anti-Aging tip, ”eight hours of uninterrupted sleep a night.” Sounds impossible doesn’t it, especially with our harried schedules today, but we can set this as a personal goal. Scientifically it has been proven recuperative sleep is necessary for good health, weight loss and longevity, a beneficial goal don’t you think?
When we’re fully rested even our mood responds in a positive way which helps ward off those sagging frown lines we begin to see in our late 30’s and 40’s. For us 50 to 60 plus, we need quality sleep for multiple reasons including longevity and looking our best.
Water, it’s Anti-Aging! We need 8 glasses of filtered water every day. If you find this difficult add a couple slices of lemon to make it mildly acidic and refreshing. Your skin will respond by looking younger as skin cells plump up with hydration to minimize wrinkles. Other wonderful benefits include internal cleansing of all your bodily systems.
